Hey everyone, I'm preparing for the JBC regional heats next month. Has anyone competed before? Any tips on what the judges look for? I'm planning a yuzu and shiso highball as my original creation round cocktail.

After my time in London I got really into Japanese gin. Now consulting in Osaka I'm trying to push more venues to feature local distilleries. Sakurao, Ki No Bi, and Roku are obvious choices but anyone know of smaller/regional producers worth exploring?
