Purpose of This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Osaka Nightlife Network Platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All users must comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Permitted Use
The Platform is intended for professional networking, business promotion, event management, job searching and posting, and community engagement within the Osaka nightlife and hospitality industry. Users may create profiles, post content, communicate with other members, and participate in groups and events in accordance with these policies.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to: distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks; scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without our written permission; or resell or commercialize access to the Platform without authorization. You must not use the Platform for any illegal activities.
System Integrity
You must not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers, networks, or security systems. This includes attempting to overload, crash, or disable the Platform through denial-of-service attacks, introducing viruses or malicious code, or reverse engineering the Platform's software. Any security vulnerabilities discovered should be reported through our Security Policy.
Content Restrictions
You must not post or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, or sexually explicit. You must not post content that infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate enforcement action. We may also pursue legal remedies for serious violations that cause harm to the Platform or its users.
Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this document at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the Platform. We will update the 'Last Updated' date indicated above. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated document.
