DMCA Notice Procedure
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. The notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Filing a Copyright Claim

Counter-Notification Process

The counter-notification must include: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, your contact information, and your consent to local jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We track copyright violations and will suspend or terminate accounts after appropriate warnings. We also reserve the right to remove infringing content immediately when clear infringement is identified.
