Employer Responsibilities
Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions, recruitment process, qualifications, interviews, compensation, employment conditions, and compliance with applicable laws. Employers are responsible for verifying the identity and qualifications of applicants and for conducting their own background checks. Osaka Nightlife Network does not endorse or recommend any employer, applicant, job listing, or opportunity posted on the Platform.
Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants are solely responsible for deciding whether to apply and for communicating directly with the business or organization. Applicants should exercise their own judgment when evaluating listings, communicating with employers, and sharing personal information. Applicants are encouraged to research potential employers, verify listing details, and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
No Employment Relationship
Osaka Nightlife Network is not a party to any employment relationship, independent contractor agreement, volunteer arrangement, partnership, sponsorship, or business agreement that results from using the Platform. We are not involved in negotiations, contracts, compensation, or disputes between employers and applicants. Any agreement or relationship formed through the Platform is solely between the parties involved.
Reporting Suspicious Listings
We encourage all users to report suspicious, fraudulent, or misleading listings through our reporting tools or Trust & Safety page. Reported listings will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include removing the listing and suspending the responsible account. However, we are not obligated to monitor all listings and cannot guarantee that all problematic content will be identified.
Privacy and Data Collection
Osaka Nightlife Network does not collect resumes, CVs, employment applications, employment history, or other hiring documentation through the Platform at this time. The Platform does not process or store personal employment records for hiring purposes. Applicants should submit any requested information directly to the business using the contact information provided in the listing. Any personal information shared with an employer is governed by that employer's privacy practices, not ours.
Jobs and Opportunities Sections
The Jobs section of the Platform serves as a community bulletin board for hospitality and nightlife opportunities. We do not recruit, hire, or place employees. All communication, applications, interviews, and hiring decisions take place directly between the applicant and the business. Opportunity listings are provided by members of the community. Osaka Nightlife Network serves only as a platform for sharing information and is not involved in any agreements or transactions resulting from these listings.
Posting Acknowledgment
