Our Commitment to Safety
The safety of our community is our top priority. The Osaka Nightlife Network Safety Center provides resources, tools, and information to help members protect themselves and others. We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with these resources and to report any safety concerns through our Trust & Safety page.
Reporting Tools
Our Platform provides tools to report users, businesses, events, and content that violate our policies. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and appropriate action is taken. You can also block users to prevent them from contacting you. To file a report, use the report button on any profile, listing, or content, or visit our Trust & Safety page.
Account Security
Protect your account by using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential. Be cautious of phishing attempts and never share your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication if available.
Content Safety
We monitor the Platform for inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content. However, we rely on our community to report content that violates our policies. If you encounter content that is concerning, please report it. Do not engage with users who exhibit suspicious or harmful behavior. Our Community Guidelines outline the standards for all content on the Platform.
Community Protection
We work to protect our community through proactive moderation, user verification, and collaboration with law enforcement when necessary. We also provide safety tips and fraud prevention resources on our Trust & Safety page. We encourage all members to practice good judgment when interacting with others, especially when meeting in person.
