Agreement Acceptance
This Event Host Agreement governs the creation and management of events on the Osaka Nightlife Network Platform. By creating an event on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and all applicable policies. This Agreement applies to all events listed on the Platform.
Event Host Responsibilities
Event hosts must provide accurate event information, including date, time, location, capacity, and pricing. Hosts are responsible for managing RSVPs, communicating with attendees, ensuring the event venue has capacity and permits, and delivering the event as described. Hosts must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements.
Event Standards
Events listed on the Platform must be relevant to the nightlife and hospitality community. Event content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Hosts must not post events that are fraudulent, illegal, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove events that violate our policies or are reported as problematic by the community.
Safety Requirements
Event hosts are responsible for the safety and security of attendees. Hosts must ensure adequate security measures, comply with capacity limits and fire safety regulations, and provide appropriate emergency information. Hosts must not allow minors at age-restricted events and must verify age where required by law. Hosts are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and insurance.
Insurance and Liability
Event hosts are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their events, including liability insurance. Osaka Nightlife Network is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages occurring at events listed on the Platform. Hosts agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from claims arising from their events.
Term and Termination
This Agreement applies to each event from creation through completion and post-event data retention. We may remove events or revoke hosting privileges at any time for policy violations. Hosts may cancel events through the Platform, with appropriate notice to attendees. Ticket refunds are handled per our Payment & Refund Policy.
Changes to This Event Host Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this document at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the Platform. We will update the 'Last Updated' date indicated above. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated document.
