The Osaka Nightlife Network is a professional community built on trust, respect, and mutual support. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior we expect from all members. By participating in our community, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a positive, productive environment for all members.
Respect and Inclusion
Treat all members with respect and professionalism. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Disagreements should be handled constructively and respectfully.
Authentic Identity
Use your real name and provide accurate professional information. Do not create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your credentials, affiliations, or professional experience. Business profiles must represent legitimate, operating businesses with authorized representatives managing the account.
Content Standards
All content posted on the Platform must be lawful, accurate, and relevant to the nightlife and hospitality community. Do not post content that is defamatory, obscene, violent, or sexually explicit. Do not share confidential or proprietary information without authorization. Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: spamming or unsolicited mass messaging, posting fraudulent or misleading business listings, coordinating or promoting illegal activities, attempting to scam or defraud other members, sharing malware or malicious code, and circumventing the Platform's security or moderation measures.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to take immediate action for serious violations without prior notice. Repeat offenders will face escalated consequences.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or visit our Trust & Safety page. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. You can also block users to prevent them from contacting you.
Changes to This Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to update or modify this document at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the Platform. We will update the 'Last Updated' date indicated above. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated document.
