Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Osaka Nightlife Network Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein. Description of Service
The Platform provides professional networking, business directory, event management, job listings, community groups, and membership services for the nightlife and hospitality industry in Osaka. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osaka Nightlife Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
